My counsellor is very helpful and understanding and compassionate. She helped me a lot and my griefing process was easier to {bear}. I really do appreciate that I am feeling grateful for all that I would survive those painful time without your service.

It would we very helpful if the service could be longer. It could benefit those who have difficulties with letting go.
