On the whole, the care received from St. Josephs, from reception staff to practitioner level, is entirely holistic, friendly and proactive. As a point of note, re-covid 19 situation, the phone consultations with service-users, as replacement for face-to-face, was very effective, patients reassured by this course of action, contact with professionals very much maintained.
