He's a perfect gentleman. He supports me but doesn't push me too hard. Sometimes when I don't feel up to going out me and John do wall exercises indoors instead. It helps me because when I do it week by week my breathing gets a little bit better. If possible I'd advise people not to miss a week out. Its not a miracle cure. I wouldn't change anything.
