The doctor Isabelle was fantastic. She made me feel at home and so did all the nurses and HCAs. I loved Kristene care the most (HCA) because she was motherly. Staff were really kind and always willing to help I felt like I was being looked after like my family would look after me.

Please make these forms digitally available to complete online. I think that respite patients should be on a diferent ward from end of life/very unwell patients because it affects respite patients, like one, when I am { } very unwell patients. I have felt sad, scared and nervous especially when I { } past open bedroom doors of these patients. this feeling has not changed during my stay here. I think that being, attend equaity active patients would help to raise my energy levels.
