I am writing to give feedback for the art therapy sessions that I have attended this year, 2019. ''After picking up a flyer from the Neurological group, I was intrigued by the Art Therapy group. It was so far out of my comfort zone that I thought I would try it. I really had no idea of exactly what was involved. I entered the class unsure and slightly anxious. Immediately Harriet and Ali enabled me to relax which they did by listening and creating a very natural atmosphere. I did not believe I could do much art work however, they gave me the confidence and support to do what I could and more. This continued and developed over the coming weeks for which I am very thankful to both of them for. I would without hesitation recommend this class. It surpass my expectations and allowed me to express myself in a way that I ever thought possible. Again, thank you ladies.''
