The care we received was nothing short of excellent. I felt very isolated when my mother was discharged on a Friday, felt as though the hospital had not given me the information I needed to care, for my mum and also had not put anything in place for her home care. From the first call to yourselves I felt as though a weight had been lifted, within 20 mins everything was in place from nurses to carers and questions I didn't even know to ask were answered.
