It was good that did a re{ } first and found a suitable volunteer. The volunteer tried out different ways of communicating. He learned to do things in a different way. No two days are the same (with mum). He was open to adapting the sessions each time. I liked that the volunteer did not ask me to go away and relax, I was able to respond to him when he asked me questions about mum.

It might be good { } for the last 5 minutes the carer { } to join and find out what has been happening in the session.
