There should be an option for exceptional. All of your nurses on the Lourdes ward have treated my mother with the utmost dignity and respect my family will forever be grateful.

I believe the team have done everything they can to ensure my mother is receiving the best care. The care also shown to my family at this dreadful time has left me stunned. The work you do will stay with me forever.
