Bhijak and Nergs both took their time in explaining why the temporary filling may not have rectified the issue and why a permanent filling is needed. Only done each stage of the filling when the patient was ready for it.

Child made to relax. Reassurance nice and support given throughout procedure. Usually my daughter refuses dental treatment but on this occasion she was very cooperative and willing to involve.
