Anita was kind to me. I felt a bit scared because I didn't like the pushing into my teeth. I'm going to be brave about it and me not to be scared.

Harley needs to have flainde applied to his teeth, but does not like flavours. Could the flainde be made with no flavour?

Although the treatment was perfect the receptionist was eating at her desk and they were both talking very loud and mobiles were ringing and being answered on reception - this is not very professional.

Thank-you for your feedback. The receptions staff often do not have the ability to leave their environment so do have food and drink with them. We have discussed the use of mobiles and they are aware that we do not agree for staff to use mobiles at work when working with service users; they are sorry this affected your experience
