Excellent care by Dental team. No problems today but in the past had problems with appointments. A member of the staff often seems to get very confused when booking appointment or changing them especially when done over the telephone, which results in appointment missed, her manner can also be quite abrupt.

Thank you for your feedback. The provision of dental care requires the use of loical anaesthetic to ensure a pain free experience. All our staff are trained to deliver local anaesthetic with minimla discomfort and we also have access to injection systems that are less visually imposing
