I am now 37 years and for 19 years I had a fear of the dentist. After an extremely traumatic ordeal with a dentist at 17 years of age, I have suffered mentally resulting in loosing all of my teeth at the young age of 37. Thanks to my partner I found the courage to go to a dentist because of my fear and anxiety I was referred to St. James NHS clinic. I wish to thank Bhavik Patel, for his kindness, understanding and patience. I could never have done this journey without him. Also Ellie Starling - darling, she is not just a receptionist, she was lovely, caring reassuring and genuine. Thank you Ellie.
