Everything about my care was good. Very understanding and support throughout my difficult time. Would have been beneficial for me to get Bereavement support as soon as possible when you are dealing with a lot of emotional problems, but was good to get the support to move forward.

I think this form is a bit premature as I did not have any staff looking after me maybe this is because I have refused chemotherapy.
