We can not thank you enough for enabling us to have my husband at home with myself and our children. It means the world tour.

Staff took time to explain treatment. Never made to feel silly if we did not understand anything. Staff always had time to talk. Ongoing support is unavailable as is support for family members.

Andrea helped the patient feel better about herself and her feelings. She helped the patient understand that it is okay to cry and talk to people about her feelings. Our family cannot thank you enough. You are all amazing.

My sister was cared for at the end of her life by the most amazing staff at the Hospice. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they helped her come to terms with her illness in a compassionate and supportive way. She was a parent, and her children were always given a warm welcome and encouraged to treat being there like being at home. As a family we were supported fantastically and the staff were honest and open with us about what to expect and the choices available. We can’t thank them enough for their care for my sister and our wider family too.

David has missed the contact he had with other people since the day care art group and the friendship group, have stopped, this was the only way he was abled to make friends, because of his type of illness its not easy to mix elsewhere.

Our children were made to feel very comfortable and safe. They took an instant liking to Sue and Andrea and couldn’t wait until there next visits were due. The children were able to relax and open up about their feelings. Nothing can be improved as fantastic service was given and as a family it is very much appreciated at our difficult time.

Fantastic sessions with Victoria who explains things very well and makes me feel very at ease. Reflexology is something that I had heard of previously but I am now recommending to friends and family, it is a very positive experience and very enjoyable. I feel very relaxed even though I have a lot to deal with from my diagnosis.

Both my mum and I were well informed of all service available to us. We felt we had the power and choice over mums care.
