The care that I received and the information/leaflets have been given has been exceptions all my questions were answer and referrals have been made I have been reassured that follow up appointment have been made for me and equipment has also been ordered for me to help with my illnesses.

I felt cared for and special. The treatment was very relaxing and enjoyable. I was able to drift to a happy place during and after the session excellent sleep after. Very proficient therapist who is cheerful as well as an expert.

I was in a support group on my first visit a man from the group asked me who I had lost. This was in the open foyer people in groups should be told not to Question new people or at least wait until the group is settled in an allocated room where it is safe this was so upsetting for me, he meant no harm but I very nearly left.
