The staff at the radiotherapy unit at Colchester hospital were kind and helpful during my visits there.
The nursing staff and the staff at reception were always willing to help.
I and my escort (sister) found the ambulance and car drivers were most courteous at all times.

The nurses were efficient, helpful and caring. Having a single point phone was a tremendous help and ensured that help was there 24 hours.

- Overall very helpful, only a few points to raise, and I appreciate it's difficult to please everyone!
- Information sessions were really useful. Not so keen on the idea of bingo, but quite enjoyed it.
- Sessions took a long time to get started - I am too impatient, need to be doing something, not just chatting! (learning: I need to slow down!).
- Room layout not ideal, could not always see whiteboard. Distracted by people coming in and out, sometimes difficult access for them with all the chairs.

Just to say thank you to the lovely caring staff. You cared for the patient so well and were there for me and our sons as well.
Thank you also to the cooks and their staff the meals were lovely.
