An excellent care service for my mum in her last days. The nurses always had time to answer my questions and treated mum with great care and respect.
Reliable, kind, patient, understanding and medically knowledgeable. Excellent.
The nurses were absolutely excellent services and every respect, and at all times.
Lucy was amazing, she gave me time to talk about my feelings and it wasn't all solely on my grief for my dad it was more of a mixture of general talk and helping me to overcome my fear and anxiety over letting myself greive properly. As I didn't give myself a chance to let myself cry.
i received some help to try and come to terms with the sudden passing of my mother.i spoke to a lovely lady called wendy, once a week, she always called me on time and she help me understand a few things.i felt comfortable enough to speak in depth about a few things to her that i had not discussed with other people.i have been able to start to talk about a few things more openly.
We could not have wished for better care, also support. I really do not know if I could having carried on without the nursing staff.
The care that was shown to my husband and myself was absolutely brilliant I will never forget the kindness thank you.
They are a band of angels - the nurses wonderful.
I had been referred to the service by a GP who I had spoken to as my surgery. I did not know what to expect out./nThe clinician was excellent, tailoring the session to my needs she is a point and contact and someone who is knowledgeable, caring, empathic and puts the patient as the centre of everything she does.
