Amber made me feels safe in discussing sensitive information that I have not shared with anyone. She was open kind and I liked that she was able to appropriately share some of her experiences, although not in detail and not detracting from supporting me. She felt warm and empathetic.

Bereavement Counselling has helped me so much, I was able to work through my grief and my counsellors approach was so comforting, kind and caring. I felt totally at ease and very well supported. It was via telephone but her voice was calm and soothing and we built up a great rapport. I will be forever grateful for this support.

The treatment made me feel relaxed and which is hard when you are in a lot of pain.

It would be nice to continue the treatment at home instead of having to travel to the hospice.
