The care that is given by everyone for the family not just the patient is brilliant. You are put at ease and nothing is too much trouble.
This is the first time I have experienced a hospice and it is remarkable. A credit to everyone working and volunteering.
Many many thanks.
The improvement in myself. Also able to do some of exercises etc at home. It's nice to feel better with one self for a while.

Everything was explained very clearly.
The nurse who came today explained our options sensitively and with no obligation. It was reassuring to know that someone understands our situation and is there if we need her.
It was all good. I was treated well and respected.
I don't think anything could be improved I received all the help I needed at such a most painful and sad time which was handled in the most sensitive manner. Many thanks to you all.
Very kind and understanding of my husband's needs and offered lots of help and contact if I had any concerns and worries they would help with at the end of the phone.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for being there for me, my day with you all means so much, long may it continue. My love and God bless you all.
The service received is a complementary service running alongside the conversational side of the therapy. It is an excellent way of putting people at their ease so they can absorb as much of the course as possible. Nothing else to say.
