They listened and put several measures into action.
The length of time this survey arrived - 1 year after my husband's death. It took a long time for a bereavement Councillor to contact me. It was in the early weeks I needed it most. A home visit would be a marvelous way to think if possible. I felt the Councillor should not conduct her own survey at the end. (She) sent a donation at Christmas in of cards - I had a 'thank you' but it would have been appreciated if the correct amount had been acknowledged and my husband's name correct. £150.00 not £100.00.
The exercises were gentle and appropriate for everyone's individual needs.
Christine and Nicola were very intuitive and geared the class well.
The coffee and relaxation were lovely- and a chance to speak to fellow members of the class. All in all, a very nice and worthwhile hour!
The care my the patient received was first class and second to none!
The care, ladies were all happy and helpful and nothing was too much trouble!
The district nurses also were very caring and efficient.
All in all the care I received for the patient couldn't have been better if I'd have paid one million pounds! Thank you all.
Was so delighted by the warmth and genuine interest and concern of the therapist. Am used to being treated as a set of symptoms rather than as a person.
Just as it is. Its pleasant and helpful experience and it helps me to relax.
I had massaging. It was so good that I can move my arm in all directions how great!
