Everything was good. Jenny made you feel relaxed. I looked forward to my massage. My therapist was extremely caring and gentle. The music was helpful. There was no need for improvement in any area.
One to one attention.
The counselor was kind. Sympathetic and non-judgmental. I just needed someone to talk things through.
The class did exactly what it promised - "Relax and move" group (Fri arr)
Nicola (Physiotherapist) and Christing led the class in a professional and caring way and I don't think it could have been improved as each set of exercises was geared to individual needs. A good outcome.
The clinical nurse specialist very much spoke to my Dad (the patient) which was very much the right thing to do but did. Include family members too. Explained everything really well. Answered any questions. Very calm and reassuring.
Friendly therapists; very useful tips; good gentle exercise, meeting other people, relaxation session to my surprise very worthwhile. Nice tea and biscuits!
The care was all good. Very kind caring sympathetic clinical nurse specialist. Gave lots of useful information. Explained everything very clearly.
Suzy made suggestions that helped me a great deal.
She is very caring and is doing a great job.
Many thanks Suzy.
I was just pleased that Judy was there for me, rather than a friend or family member. That to me means you can continue to say how you feel when other's may have continued moving on with there lives yet for me I was not ready to do so. It is all about time and you give that with your service I am grateful. Thank-you.
The care I got was great. Wendy was lovely and no need of improvement, just wanted to say a big thank you. There when I needed you.
