I recently lost my youngest son, and needed to talk to somebody. Kim, a very good listener, sympathetic without being rushy and gave some good advice. I'm never going to be the same again, I know that, and I'm nowhere near coming to terms with what has happened, but talking to him has definitely helped and I'm grateful to her and to you for the help and support that she has given me.
