My wonderful counsellor! There was absolutely nothing that could be improved upon. I felt I was "guided" to her by my late father as bizarre as that sounds and now I know why. She has helped me no end to see a way forward and "walked with me" as live tried to make some of still feeling Dad around me yet trying to cope with other extraordinary experiences without him to talk to. I owe a lot to this lovely lady who's helped me to see my life clearly. I've always thought there must be angels who walk among us and now I know l've at least met one!

Each week being reminded on the screen of how it is normal to feel as we do. The general discussion which followed allowed us to express our feeling of loss, to sometimes cry together and to know we are not alone. Wendy and Mary were very understanding in how we felt.
