Everything was explained where was pain and treated very well, so well I feel asleep after the comment I have made not a lot can be improved.
The therapy was so good and relaxing, made me feel very comfortable.

I did like the counselor that I had. I was unable to go to Colchester as there were no available slots. So I opted to go to Clacton as I had just got my bus ticket.
I found her to be good and sincere and she helped me evaluate and tell me that what I was suffering was due to my grief. I found her reassuring too.

Everything was wonderful!
Lovely staff and location.
Really wonderful to be able to receive treatments at St Helenas. The Reiki is so relaxing and re-charging.As was the reflexology.Thank you!

I found it very helpful to talk about everything which was bothering me as it enable me to identify of the thinking behind my inability to cope.I can now think about and grieve for my brother without waiting life to end.
