Since I have been coming to the day center my depression has become more tolerable. All the staff and volunteers are so kind, I don't have to struggle with the difficulties of life whilst in here. It is very comforting to be able to relax and be looked after by such understanding people.

Breathe happy.
Good to talk to other people in similar position.
Good to get out of the house.
