Despite my initial concerns:- I was treated with respect and kindness.
It was like talking to an old friend. I felt relaxed able to ask questions. I was listened to.
The meeting went well and I look forward to the next evening that I have as much of as little support as I may require during this journey.

Flexibility - there were some weeks I arrived late due to work commitments, but the counselor was totally understanding. The service I received was fair, honest and patient.
