Nothing to be improved. Service given was excellent. Wendy was my counselor and helped me a lot when I was hitting a brick wall after losing my husband last March. She gave me lots of good ideas and helped me talk a lot. Comfortable room to talk in Clacton Hospice.

Once referred by hospital the care worker got it rolling very quickly and all requirements were set up inside 1 week and some equipment already arrived within 2 days.
