I found Cardine very helpful and with empathy. She did not become too personal but very friendly. She helped enormously.

Carers were kind and compassionate. I would have liked the help they offered to have been put in place sooner. They helped for 3 visit and then my mother died. They also only came once a day-twice would have been so much better.

Making me look back from childhood to the present day at all the good memories. It made me focus my memory on the wonderful time in my life with the people I have lost. It helped me past the awful memories of their suffering and death.
