This was an introductory visit and everything was explained to my elderly mother in a way that she could understand and also to my husband and myself in how we could be helped in the future.
The lady who came was very kind, caring and made us feel we were very important.

Very friendly and supportive sessions.
Empathetic to needs and no pressure to do anything that feels uncomfortable.
A chance for me to relax and enjoy being somewhere safe so that my husband can have a break from caring for me. Helps with my confidence.
