Everything was amazing. My counsellor was Lorraine and I feel scared. I came in lost and just out of control. Not only do I feel helped through the loss of my mother but also previous life experience. I've learnt about me too. Amazing. No words can thank you.

Tracey made me look at myself and that I could cope unit life as I had before the depression. All my friends said I was really getting my personality back and enjoying life. Tracey was kind and I thank her very much for all she has done to help me. Thank you very much Tracey.
