Instead of feeling sad and lost all the time I now feel able to cope and fairly happy. From a very negative person I am no much more positive. I feel I can now cope with most things that come my way. As far as I am concerned nothing needed improving.

All staff caring and ready to listen to what you have to say, also ready to offer help in a practical way i.e offer an arm when walking any distance. Also may I say, I have learnt a lot by the subjects that was discussed each day. Thank you, I would be interested to learn a lot more.

What was good is the total support from all the staff I came into contact with. My councillor Allen rang me to ask how I was few weeks after my husband had died to ask what I was up too. I look back now and laugh, yes laugh, he must have thought I was a mad woman as I wanted on about husbands tax returns I told him I was fine- didn't' need counselling when it finished he said are you at home tomorrow about 10 am. I said yes he said see you the - It's been the best thing ever he calmed me down opened that hard shell of protection It's been over 4 years of caring for my husband. I'm back.

People friendly, relaxed and reliable, relatively bureaucracy, free. Too long a wait for care to begin. More info on other support could be more freely available.

A lovely lady Lillian looked after me I could not wish for better service. The 1st time I went to see her I was in a bad way. The last time with Lillian. I was back to my normal self. Lillian gave me so many ways to get me back to how I should be, and could not thank her enough. My daughter who took me each time, soon noticed I was much better, each time with having a chat with Lillian. I will always remember how her kindness will stay with me always. Thank you.
