Everyone was very kind and caring, especially on the day I turned up out of the able in a very upset state! They made me a cup of coffee and had plenty of time to talk to me until I felt better. I had lost my husband only a few weeks prior to this. Thank you and the massage were amazing!

If I am honest, I don't know where I would be now if your service, had not given me the support that I received. I would recommend this service to everyone. And I have already suggested it to my elderly mother, but she is reluctant atm.
Suggested improvements
I personally felt that I was not only being heard, but understood with empathy and not judged on how I felt. And then helped to understand why I felt that way, and given little tips on what I could do to help myself back on my journey to health again.

I have nothing but admiration for the diligence, care and compassion shown by all members of the teams. To my good lady as the patient under care, myself and close family members. It has enabled us all to get through this most awful of times with a sense of ease and afforded Jeanette the homely & dignified end to her suffering.

No comment, beyond reproach in all areas.
