Nothing could improve. It completely destroyed the empty routines that comes with caring by making us understand that help is there and most importantly enduring kindness and understanding.

Great carers workshop attended over 8 weeks. Excellent choice of guest speakers; all very appropriate. Very worthwhile and appropriate. Thanks to all concerned.

The carers group has been lovely. Meeting people in the same situation that understand your feelings and worries. To be able to release without being judged. Maggs and Ali have been great. Thank you. Would recommend carers to attend a group like this.

Care and support in counselling sessions, very helpful in getting through a difficult time.
-And very welcoming reception staff.
