Helped me to focus on the positives and the good things in my life.
her approach was friendly and never patronizing. Very easy to talk to.
A very caring lady who listened to all our concerns and gave good information and advice.
It's there all the time.
Make sure I can understand the doctors regarding accents.
Its there when I need it.
Lyn was so calm and approachable to have listen to me during our few sessions. I will forever be so grateful to her for her understanding and for helping me to continue my progress in terms of dealing with the loss of my parents. No improvement necessary, superb service.
Had some constructive sessions with Wendy, ideas were put my way in the discussion we had. Which I thought would not help but after carrying them out they helped immensely. So thank you Wendy.
The positivity within the group from the opening of looking back on what good things happened during the week and sharing this. Also, the other things available through the hospice, such as single point and counselling sessions for my family. Sadly I didn't attend each week due to other appointment, but the content was relevant and well delivered. Thank you.
The group was small due to health but was very interesting. Mark was saying they are going to change the next group, which I think will be good and better. Thank you for all your help and support.
Single point of contact. Regular sessions. Treated with kindness and empathy. Felt fully supported and never judged. The sessions were not rushed. I was made aware of options for continued support. I will always be thankful to the GP who suggested bereavement counselling, to Judy who helped me enormously.
He gave me lots of information and did not seem to mind how much time he gave me. He was very understanding and helped me a lot with my diet. He did say he would sort some medication out for me but not sure how I will get it.
