My counsellor went far with my sessions, I have had after care groups arranged for. Now my sessions have come to an end, so I will be getting support.

Staff were very good, professional and polite. Did not miss appointment. I think I got all the information I was supposed to get. I don't think I have anything I can think of by way of suggesting anything that I may need improvement suppose the relationship was not for a long time.

Very fast responses to calls. Visits where achieved in under an hour, even at 3.30 am. Professional, very friendly and compassionate. Becky Rix was always available and a superb ambassador for the hospice.

The care was excellent given by Niamh. She was very kind and understanding, exactly what is needed when so ill. She sorted my pain out and feel I can contact her again if need be. I cannot praise her enough for all the care and love she showed.

Very caring and knowledgeable staff. There is no way to change the way the team work together, and I thought that the treatment and advice given, was first class.
