Myself and my wife look forward to seeing Nichole, she explains everything to us so we understand. She is a breath of fresh air and is of a cheery disposition. We know that we can call on her at any time if any problems arise. Don't know what we would do without her at this emotional and distressing time. Keep up the good work!!

My experience was good. The lady I spoke to called Wendy, really listened to what I had to say and I could talk to her about anything and everything.

I don't think anything can be improved. Transport on time, staff attentive. Absolutely thrilled with staff, friendly, willing to talk and cannot find a fault. Sometimes it is an effort to get up but attending group has been beneficial.
