Excellent support received. Knowing Ross would visit if we had any concerns was comforting. He made sure our mum was comfortable and explained and reassured us throughout.

The words I write here cannot convey my thoughts and feelings about your service. Firstly without your service I could not have got my dad home before he passed. He always wanted to pass at home with his family and you made that possible. At this very hard time we can find great comfort in the fact that we followed his wishes and he passed in the way he wanted to.
Every single nurse and carer that we met were incredible, they treated my dad with the utmost respect and dignity at all times, their support to my family was amazing. It was extremely distressing but we knew if we needed anyone they would be there. When we called I was amazed at how fast they came. Without a shadow of a doubt the care he received from you was amazing and so much better than he would have had in hospital.
It must be an incredibly hard job but honestly you all make such a huge difference at the most important time in our lives.
Thank you does not seem like nearly enough.

The staff were so caring not just for the patient but the entire family. He was well looked after and his every need dealt with.

My mum was the patient at the hospice and throughout her short stay the staff were amazing. They treated my mum with respect and dignity, both before and after death and were incredibly friendly and helpful everyday when I visited. A very big thank you to all hospice staff - you do a fantastic job.
