The care my husband received was, I felt not as good in October as it had been in June.
He was obviously very ill and yet he was moved to a care house after 3 weeks although it was clear he had entered the best days of his life. The move proved too much for them she passed away after 6 days.
Whilst in the hospice he did not in my opinion get great care. Those who made the most noise and demands received the most attention.
I am very disappointed with the overall treatment. I feel that he did not die quick enough for the hospice records.
Would recommend. Very resterful.
Care was excellent.
The counselor was very good.
The carer were very helpful and offered some good advice. They always told us roughly what time they would be coming and it never felt rushed.
Excellent.
Very happy with the response.
Fantastic, supportive staff who go the extra mile to make a very difficult time more tolerable. Huge thanks.
Friendly atmosphere and encouragement. Only improvement would be more for it to be more local to me.
They work on individual aspects of each patient (they are wonderful).
Friendly atmosphere, helping to maintain fitness and strength and improve walking distance and improve climbing stairs and ramps. More staff and facilities to help more people have access to this care.
