The staff were very helpful, suggesting new colours to use. A more natural look. No improvement needed.

Coming to these sessions was very hard at times, but the lady I saw was amazing, there is so much I will take away with me that I didn't really understand about grief and how I was feeling but I do now.
I know I need to keep talking and let the inner tears flow and not build up.
It's a sad process/but with this extra care I've had I'm sure will help me.
