I felt trust with the support I had from Nichele Hockett, at the hospice and good advice and I could rely on her, that's something you can't bug, as I didn't have any family. My very grateful thanks.
Felt at ease and everything was explained in simple terms to allow us to understand, what support is available to help all the family. No questions were treated not worth asking, made us feel valuable.
Nothing needs improving.
Everyone was absolutely fantastic with my mum. She received the best care that she could have and the family was supported as well. We as a family are so pleased that my mum was part of the virtual ward personal care visits as she wished to be at home where she spent her years bringing up her family.
Very professional caring staff . (Nursing and doctors). Essex/Colchester is very fortunate to have such a wonderful place for people to come to be cared for as they face end of life.
Always treated with respect and positivist. It's my go to place for safety. Don't need to explain how I feel. The whole group interact well. Thanks to Chris and Tanya. Their care and help make the session enjoyable and we can try things seemingly impossible.
The staff are very helpful and accommodating. I enjoy attending my groups and would be lost without them. Love the staff to bits. Chris and Tarnya.
Our doctors seem to know help is required before we have to ask. They are very attentive.
Friendly caring staff.
Overall environment friendly, responsive and caring staff support for family.
