My counsellor made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I would highly recommend having 1-1 sessions at the hospice. It has really helped me through this difficult time.

The care I received was first class. The staff are amazing, in particular Dr Julie Thompson, Becky Evans, Kimberley, Mark, Glenn and the lovely receptionists too.

Diana Turner was amazing to the whole family and still is. She made us feel that we were the only family she was looking after and the only people that mattered. Every phone call and text was answered instantly and any equipment we asked for appeared very quickly. It was only because of her help and advice that we were able to keep my father in his own home, as he wished, rather than in hospital.

The counselling I had has helped me so much. This is the second time I've asked for help as I could feel myself going down. My counsellor Wendy has been fantastic giving me advice, listening to me and just being there letting me get it all out.
