Monitoring during exercise, assistance when required, friendly attention, individual encouragement.
Only improvement would be to increase the availability of classes.

Although St Helena were only involved for a short period before dad passed away the support was exceptional. They were so professional, friendly and caring.
My involvement was with Emma, Abbey and Eve and they were superb.
They made a difficult time more bearable.

I like the friendless of the group.
Has been lovely to see smiling faces.
Nothing would be better 10/10.
