Perhaps it would help with costs if a small charge i.e ?£5 per session.

I was very impressed by the way any problems relating to the patient were immediately addressed. In particular the quickness in arranging a stay in Clacton Hospital (SOP) for the little time left they had. Without your help, I don't know if I could have coped. Many thanks.

The lady we have been seeing has been wonderful, very helpful and very friendly, always at the end of the phone if and when needed.
I cannot thank her enough for all her help through such a difficult time for my daughter and my family.
