I feel this counselling has been a real turning point in my life which has helped me understand my grief. I feel my loss was complicated and my sessions with Lucy have improved my whole life and being able to move forward.

I was looked after very well, they showed me different techniques on how to apply makeup, and we were given a bag of makeup etc.

My health issues were explained and my anxieties and extreme fatigue issues dealt with over a 6 weak course. During this course I felt understood, my fears alloyed and I learnt how my body works and what I can do to help myself. I felt empowered for the first time in many months. I learnt relaxation and breathing techniques to help me. Overall this has given me some confidence and I am hoping to do another course soon to compound this. The staff were so kind, understanding and helpful. I could not think of anything to improve.
