I was able to bring all my darkest episodes in my life to the surface in many years with the help you have given me. This has helped me and to be able to help close those past and present demons, so that I can become a new person.

My care(Lorraine) has helped me so much after the sudden loss of my mum. Already living with anxiety and depression I felt my life was over. The sessions were hard at the beginning but leaving today I know that there is light at the end of the tunnel and I feel I can cope just that bit more. Thank you so much for this service you provide you have helped me so much.

The approach and care were entirely patient-centered from the start, and always. Never did I feel I had to justify my right to care, or my issues empathy and flexibility were key - very much a "can do" rather than "this is going to be difficult" attitude.
