I have had an excellent service from my bereavement counselor, namely Lynda Smith. I am still finding it very hard to come to terms with my loss, but Lynda is someone who can put you at ease and I found it very easy to talk to her and confide in her. There is no need for any improvement, the service has been excellent.
My meeting were always friendly and very supportive. Information was always clear and precise Fiz gave me the care I needed when I was at my lowest never judged and most of all listened The advise she gave was second to none. She has helped me get through some very difficult times. Thank you for being there. If I need your service again I would not hesitate to get in touch.
I could not suggest any improvements at this time.
The applied methods works very well indeed!
Proof of this is in the fact that on my first day I walked into the hall filled with staff putty and gloom!- and walked out on the final day with a bubble and my self confidence restored!! as for the physical, simple but effective, "I still do them at homo" to conclude, I say, carry an you (four angels of mercy) you're doing a very worth while fab.
Keep in up - bless you all.
Excellent care.
All staff caring.
Help was always available.
Nothing was too much trouble.
Quite helpful and very good at explain and making seen it was understood.
There is nothing that could be improved.
My care has been excellent and I really do not see how things could be improved in a realistic sense.
