The care was very helpful, it was not restricted to only talking about the loss and grief. It was insightful about my emotions and personality and how I might approach things differently and accept others things. Lucy summer scales is a wonderful counselor and I would absolutely recommend her and the service. For improvements it would have been better if there was a way to extend sessions further when assessed as required as these sessions have been very helpful, and even though we have tried to put things in place to help after I worry how I will cope with my situation still up in the air and not yet resolved.
