A very caring nurse came to our home and gave us some very helpful information. Her name is Niamh Eve. I am filling in this form for my husband as he has dementia as well as bone marrow cancer some of the questions opposite I cannot answer for him as he is unable to understand anything about his treatment or about any decisions being made for him.
