The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They took time to understand me as a person and the various difficulties I was facing. I felt reassured and knew that there would some support at the end of my session. I knew that the support would be there even if I decided not to continue with my sessions. I don't feel there is anything that can be improved. The care I received was second to none.
