The team were brilliant, kind, compassionate, professional. They helped us as a family care for mum in her final days their support was invaluable. Debbie, June, Caroline cared for mum and us! The team were so 'joined' up not like the hospital who always worked hard as individuals could have been more consistent with sharing information.
